Phone: (919)-370-6283 Ben Carter is an American filmmaker. He was born in Stamford, Connecticut in 2001 and is of English and Ashkenazi Jewish descent. Ben gained an interest in film when he was 8 years old through a used VHS-C, and started making films at 15. He is currently attending UNCSA as an undergraduate film student.
